Description

Die Stadt Schwerte beabsichtigt den Neubau einer Einfeldsporthalle auf dem Grundstück der Theodor-Fleitmann-Gesamtschule am Holzener Weg. Eine bestehende Einfachsporthalle wird im Zuge der Gesamtsanierung der Schule abgerissen, so dass im Vorfeld Ersatzsportflächen errichtet werden müssen. Als Standort für die neue Einfeldsporthalle wurde im Rahmen des Gesamtkonzepts für den Neubau der gesamten Schule die nord-östliche Grundstücksecke an der Straße "im Bohlgarten" definiert. Die ausgeschriebene Bauleistung beinhaltet die schlüsselfertige und funktionsfähige Planung und Errichtung der Einfeldsporthalle unter Einhaltung sämtlicher für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb der Einrichtungen einzuhaltenden Vorschriften, Regeln und Gesetze. Da die Außenanlagen im Zuge der Sanierung des Schulstandortes gesamtheitlich geplant und neugestaltet werden, sind in dieser Maßnahme die Außenanlagen nur so weit fertigzustellen, wie sie für den ordnungsgemäßen Betrieb erforderlich sind, z.B. die Ver- und Entsorgung, Ein- und Ausgänge oder Flucht- und Rettungswege. Um die anschließende Gesamtsanierung der Theodor-Fleitmann-Gesamtschule zeitnah beginnen zu können, ist eine kurze Bauzeit von hoher Wichtigkeit. Die Errichtung der Einfeldsporthalle in Systembauweise wird daher begrüßt.
