Der Bauherr plant den Ersatzneubau für das Pflegeheim Haus Wartenberg. Das Baugrundstück befindet sich auf einem sehr großen Gesamtareal des Flurstücks 2112/1 Tuttlinger Straße 3, 78187 Geisingen auf dem bereits zahlreiche Gebäude des Zweckverbands Haus Wartenberg bestehen. Bei den Arbeiten handelt es sich um die Blitzschutzarbeiten. Nachfolgend sind die groben Hauptmassen dargestellt: 900 m Fundamenterder NIRO (V4A) 750 m Fundamenterder St/tZn 20 St. Erdungsfestpunkte 450 m Ableitung in/auf Wand 450 m Fangeinrichtung für Flachdächer 36 St. Fangstangen 6 St. Fangstangen 30 St. Fangspitzen 30 St. Blitzschutz-Trennstelle mit Nummernschild 180 St. Überbrückungslaschen
