Schlüsselfertiger Bau eines Parkhauses mit 4 Parkebenen für den Neubau des LKA Barleben Umfang der Leistung Bauteil D - Parkhaus als komplette Leistung, oberhalb des bauseitigen Rohbaus des Untergeschosses, welches eine Teilunterkellerung darstellt; schlüsselfertig - Parkhaus mit 4 Parkebenen, Anzahl der Pkw-Stellplätze: 380, davon 17 behindertengerecht - Tragwerk als Stahlkonstruktion und Stahl-Beton-Verbundbauteilen - Gesamter hochbauseitiger Ausbau, einschl. Dachaufbau als Gründach - TGA-Installationen, mit Sanitär-, Heizungs-, Kälte-Installation, Lüftung, Elektrotechnik, Sicherheits- Technik, Gebäudeleittechnik, nutzungsspezifische Anlagen - eigene Baustelleneinrichtung - Reinigung mit Projektabschluss - Werkstatt- und Montageplanung - der AG stellt zur Komplettleistung u.a. folgende Anlagen bei, die vom AN in die Komplettleistung Parkhaus in die Werkstattplanung und Ausführung zu integrieren sind: Förderanlage Personenaufzug, Lade-Infrastruktur für Elt-Pkw - Zum Leistungsumfang gehört die Integration der AG-seitigen Schnittstellen, wie die Lage des Treppenhauses im UG, die Übergabestellen der Medien und die AG-seitigen v.g. Anlagen
