Description

Medizinische Gase Das Projekt "Erweiterung Zentral-OP" am Klinikum in Siegen-Weidenau umfasst zum einen die Erweiterung der bestehenden Liegendanfahrt um einen Technikraum und deren zweigeschossige Aufstockung sowie zum anderen den Anbau eines Sterilflurs im 1. OG an den bestehenden OP-Bereich. Im Zuge des Bauvorhabens werden große Bereiche des Zentral-OP und angrenzende Funktionsräume (Technik etc.) kernsaniert und teilweise umstrukturiert. Dabei soll der Zentral-OP um zwei weitere OP-Säle erweitert werden. Die gesamte Baumaßnahme findet im laufenden Krankenhausbetrieb statt, wodurch zum einen mehrere einzelne Bauabschnitte entstehen. Zum anderen müssen Provisorien erstellt werden. Der Bauablaufplan sieht zunächst die Erstellung des Rohbaus der Aufstockung der Liegendanfahrt sowie den Anbau des Sterilflurs in Leichtbauweise vor. Anschließend werden die Liegendanfahrt ausgebaut und im Innenraum die ersten Bereiche umgebaut. Der laufende Krankenhausbetrieb hat immer Vorrang vor den Baumaßnahmen! Der Krankenhausbetrieb kann daher jederzeit die Unterbrechungen der Baumaßnahme erforderlich machen. Auf die Mitarbeiter und Patienten ist unbedingt Rücksicht zu nehmen. Die mit der Bauleitung jeweils vor Ausführungsbeginn abzuklärenden Vorgaben zur Hygiene sind zu beachten. Auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung ist auf den gesamten Innen- und Außenflächen des Klinikgeländes zwingend zu achten. Die Arbeiten müssen möglichst staub- und geräuscharm durchgeführt werden.
