Erweiterung der Kläranlage Sulingen für eine Ausbaugröße von 40.000 EW mit Neuausrüstung/Umbau der mechanischen Vorreinigung und Vorklärung, Erweiterung der biologischen Reinigungsstufe durch Neubau eines dreiteiligen Rechteck-Belebungsbecken einschl. Gebläsestation, Neubau Nachklärbecken II, Erweiterung/Neubau eines Betriebsgebäudes und Bau einer anaeroben Schlammfaulung mit Gasspeicher, Gasaufbereitung und Gasverwertung. Gewerk M6: Faulbehälterausrüstung, Gasaufbereitung und Gasverwertung: - Ausrüstung des Faulbehälters mit Zentralrührwerk sowie Gasentnahmedom, Schaumfalle und Revisionsöffnungen - Faulbehälterbetriebssystem mit Trübwasserabzug, Schwimmschlammabzug, Notüberlauf- und -ablaufleitung - Heizschlammsystem mit 2 Heizschlammpumpen und Schlammwärmetauscher - Verrohrung mit Edelstahlleitungen inkl. Hand- und E-Schieber - 2-Stoff-Heizkesselanlage für Faulgas-/Flüssiggasbetrieb - Gasaufbereitung mit Gasdruckerhöhungsgebläsen und Aktivkohlefilteranlage - Rohrinstallation für die Gasversorgung mit Edelstahlleitungen - Ausrüstung des Kondensatschachtes - Lieferung und Montage von 2 BHKW mit je 75 kW elektrischer Leistung als Containeranlage - Notkühlsystem und Plattenwärmetauscher, Kühlkreiselpumpen, Tischkühler - Abgasanlage mit Abgaskamin - Schalt- und Steuerungsanlage für Netzparallelbetrieb
