Description

Das Planungsgebiet zur "Transformation Waltershofer Hafen" befindet sich im Bezirk Hamburg-Mitte in der Gemarkung Steinwerder-Waltershof. Zu den wesentlichen Projektbestandteilen gehören der Neubau von rund 1.050 m Kaimauer, die Erweiterung des Drehkreises Parkhafen von ca. 480 m auf ca. 600 m Durchmesser, der land- und wasserseitige Abtrag von rund 3 Mio. m³ teilweise belasteter Böden sowie die Verfüllung des Petroleumhafens mit einem Teil dieser Böden. Zusätzlich umfasst das Projekt die externe Verbringung der überschüssigen Massen, die Herrichtung von ca. 38 ha Terminalfläche, den Neubau von zwei Richtfeuern und die Verlagerung sowie Errichtung von zwei Radarstationen. Um den technischen Herausforderungen und der hohen Komplexität des Projekts "Transformation Waltershofer Hafen" gerecht zu werden und das Know-how aller Beteiligten optimal zu nutzen, plant die HPA die Umsetzung im Rahmen einer Integrierten Projektallianz (IPA). Als Grundlage hierzu dient eine Genehmigungsplanung. Diese stellt eine Orientierung zur Erstellung der Ausführungsplanung und deren Umsetzung durch die Allianz dar. Die Planung ist durch die Allianz hinsichtlich der Eingangskriterien wie Bauzeit, Bauablaufkonzept, technische Rahmenbedingungen und weitere Faktoren, kritisch zu untersuchen und ggf. zu optimieren. Die Allianz wird aus 3 Allianzpartnern, zu denen auch der Auftraggeber zählt, mit folgenden Vergabeeinheiten (VE) / Partner gebildet: VE - Konstruktiver Ingenieurbau - TD-1603-26-VT-EU. VE - Erdbau und Nassbaggerarbeiten - TD-1604-26-VT-EU. Nähere Informationen können den Unterlagen „Marktinformation" vom 03.11.2025, „Konzept zum Vergabeverfahren“ sowie "Entwurf vom Projektprogramm" entnommen werden.
