Schlüsselfertige Errichtung des kompletten Schulgebäudes/Erweiterungsbaus im KfW-40-Standard einschl. technischer Gebäudeausstattung mit ca. 4900 m3 Bruttorauminhalt (BRI), ca. 635 m2 bebauter Grundfläche und ca. 1255m2 Bruttogrundfläche (BGF).
