Dachdeckerarbeiten, Sanierung und Erweiterung GGS-Opladen, Hans-Schlehahn-Str.6, 51379 Leverkusen Die Stadt Leverkusen beabsichtigt eine Sanierung und Erweiterung der Grundschule Hans-Schlehahn-Straße. Dies erfolgt über einen neuen 2-geschossigen Anbau, der den Bestand (Sanierung) erweitert, sowie den Anbau eines neuen 2-geschossigen Clustergebäudes Richtung Sporthalle. Die neuen Gebäude werden in Massivbauweise (Stahlbeton, Mauerwerk etc.) erstellt und sind nicht unterkellert. Die neuen großen Dachflächen erhalten ein Gründach inkl. PV-Anlage. Der Bestand ist teilunterkellert. Bezugshöhe des Bestandes/Anbaues: 62.92 ü.N.N = OKFFB EG Bezugshöhe des Clusterneubaus Richtung Sporthalle: 62.45 ü.N.N = OKFFB EG BGF: 4226,60 m2 NGF: 3.555,52 m2 BRI: 15.742,36 m3 Die angrenzende Sporthalle und Kita, die parallel in Nutzung bleiben, werden aktuell über das Bestandsgebäude versorgt (Gas, Strom, Wasser) DACHDECKERARBEITEN Beim Cluster- und Anbau (Neubauten) werden die neuen Bodenplatten sowie Dächer angedichtet. Die großen neuen Dachflächen erhalten ein Gründach (Mineralische Substratschicht) + PV-Anlagen. Kleine Dachflächen werden als reines Kiesdach ausgebildet. Am Bestand kommt es zu diversen Anpassarbeiten und Beiarbeiten kleinerer Durchführungen sowie 2 neuer Wartungsfenster. Abdichtung Bodenplatte ges. 1.075qm Betondecke + Attika 1.095qm Grunddämmung 745qm Gefälledämmung 745 qm Dachrandsbschluss + Attikaabdeckung 185m Abdichtungslage 880qm Zwischendächer mit Kies Grunddämmung 110qm Gefälledämmung 110qm Kiesauflage 110qm Gedämmte Wandanschlüsse 81m Dachbegrünung Substrat 745qm Lichtkuppel (ca. 150cm) 3Stk Abdichtung Beton-Vordächer 2 Stk. Anpassarbeiten Bestandsdach 1 Stk Dachausstiegsfenster Wartung inkl. Beiarbeiten Bestand 2 Stk
