Die Flughafen München GmbH beabsichtigt ab März 2027 die Teilsanierung des Parkhauses P20. Das Parkhaus befindet sich in zentraler Lage auf dem Flughafengelände und grenzt unmittelbar an das Terminal 2 sowie das MAC-Forum an. Mit über 6.000 Stellplätzen zählt das P20 zu den größten Parkhäusern Deutschlands. Errichtet wurde das Gebäude um das Jahr 2000; eine Erweiterung auf der Westseite (Achsen F-G, PE05-PE11) erfolgte im Zeitraum 2009-2011. Gegenstand des Vorhabens ist die Sanierung tragender Stahlbetonbauteile im Bereich der Achse G in den Parkebenen PE01 bis PE04 einschließlich der angrenzenden Decken, Stützen, Träger und Spannbetonbauteile. Die Maßnahme umfasst insbesondere: - Betoninstandsetzung an tragenden Bauteilen (PE01-PE04) - Abdichtungs- und Asphaltarbeiten in PE05 - Rückbau und Erneuerung von Entwässerungseinrichtungen - Umfangreiche Abstützungsmaßnahmen zur Lastfreistellung während der Arbeiten - Arbeiten an den Ein-/Ausfahrten sowie Überfahrten in PE05 - Koordination mit parallellaufenden Maßnahmen im Parkhaus Die Arbeiten erfolgen unterlaufendem Betrieb des Parkhauses und erfordern hohe Anforderungen an Logistik, Baustellensicherheit, Terminsteuerung und Koordination mit weiteren Projektbeteiligten. 1. Demontagen / Wiedermontagen - Blechlamellenfassade (ca. 20m ²) - Abdeckbleche/Randwinkel/ Geländer (Anprallschutz) (ca. 800 m) - Poller (Anprallschutz) / Schilder (ca. 40 Stk. / 40 Stk.) - Digitale Stellplatzanzeige (1 Parkebene) 2. Rückbau - Bestandsleitungen Regenwasser DN70-DN150 (ca. 1.300 m) - Bodeneinläufe (ca. 90 Stk.) - Stb.-Decken (Parkdecks) abbrechen, Dicke 16 bis 30 cm (ca. 100 m²) - Abdichtungen Bitumen/ Flüssigkunststoff/ OS2 (ca. 100 m²/ 30 m²/ 2.500 m²) 3. Bestandsdecken lastfrei stellen - Schwerlaststützen, einbauen, 3x umsetzen, ausbauen (ca. 25 Stk.) - Schwerlaststützen vorhalten (ca. 2.650 StkWo) - Stahlträger zur Unterfangung von Decken (ca. 660 Stk.) - T-Knotenanschlüsse aus Stahlträgern HEB 260 bis HEB 300 ((ca. 20 Stk.) - Hydraulische Pressen einsetzen / überwachen (ca. 250 Stk. / ca. 3.600 h) 4.
