Die Stadt Waltrop plant den Neubau einer Feuer- und Rettungswache. Der Rat der Stadt Waltrop hat im Juni 2024 den Beschluss gefasst, den Neubau in der Beschaffungsvariante eines ÖPP-Inhabermodells zu verwirklichen und die Verwaltung beauftragt, die hierfür notwendigen Schritte einzuleiten. Ziel der Stadt Waltrop ist es, im Sinne der Grundsätze der Sparsamkeit und Wirtschaftlichkeit, unter maßgeblicher Beachtung der Lebenszykluskosten und der ökologischen Nachhaltigkeit, einen zukunftsfähigen neuen Standort für rd. 70 hauptamtliche und rd. 100 freiwillige Kräfte zu entwickeln und zu bebauen. Die vorgenannten Ziele sollen insbesondere dadurch erreicht werden, dass die Planung, der Bau, die Bauzwischenfinanzierung (ggf. mit Abschlagszahlungen) sowie für einen Zeitraum von 20-30 Jahren das technische Gebäudemanagement und ausgewählte Leistungen des infrastrukturellen Gebäudemanagements ganzheitlich ausgeschrieben und vergeben werden. Der Neubau der Feuer- und Rettungswache soll auf einem städtischen Grundstück in einer Größe von rd. 12.500qm an der Recklinghäuser Str., einer Landesstraße, im westlichen Zufahrtsbereich der Stadt, entstehen. Die zu errichtende Feuer- und Rettungswache wird eine BGF von rd. 6.500qm und herzurichtende Außenflächen von rd. 6.000qm haben. Die bauliche Fertigstellung und Inbetriebnahme der Feuer- und Rettungswache soll etwa im Q4 2029 erfolgen. Der in dieser Vorinformation genannte geschätzte Auftragswert setzt sich zusammen aus Investitionskosten von rd. 29,5 Mio. EUR netto und Betriebskosten über 20 Jahre von rd. 13,5 Mio. EUR netto.
