Description

Die ausführliche Beschreibung ist dem Pkt. 5 zu entnehmen. Mit der Wohnraumoffensive haben sich der Bund, die Länder und die Kommunen zum Ziel gesetzt, dem Mangel an bezahlbarem Wohnraum zu begegnen. Die Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben will deshalb möglichst schnell Flächen mobilisieren, um bezahlbaren Wohnraum vor allem für die Bundesbediensteten im Rahmen der Wohnungsfürsorge zu schaffen. Die Ausschreibung umfasst alle Planungs- Beratungs-, Rückbau- und Bauleistungen, die zur schlüsselfertigen und bezugsfertigen Herstellung der Gebäude, Freianlagen, Verkehrsanlagen und Ingenieurbauwerke erforderlich sind. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind somit Totalunternehmer-Leistungen beginnend ab der Planung von Leistungsphase 1 HOAI über die Einholung der Baugenehmigung bis hin zur schlüsselfertigen Errichtung und Wartung innerhalb des Gewährleistungszeitraums. Die BImA beabsichtigt die vorgenannten Leistungen an einen Totalunternehmer (TU im Rahmen der GdW 2.0-Ausschreibung) zu vergeben. Für diese Ausschreibung und dessen Baudurchführung gelten die Bedingungen der bestehenden Rahmenvereinbarung für serielles und modulares Bauen 2.0 - GDW Bundesverband deutscher Wohnungs- und Immobilienunternehmen e.V.
