Ausschreibung von Rahmenvereinbarungen zur Lieferung von langhaltbaren Lebensmitteln (Food) als Einzelbestandteile für den Einsatzvorrat Verpflegung der Bundeswehr. Verfahrenshinweise: Es ist ein formloser Teilnahmeantrag mit Nachweis der Eignungskriterien über die e-Vergabe-Plattform einzureichen. Das Dokument "Hinweise Teilnahmeantrag und Eignung" aus den Vergabeunterlagen dient der besseren Lesbarkeit; rechtlich maßgeblich ist allein die Auftragsbekanntmachung. Nach Abschluss des Teilnahmewettbewerbes erhalten die zugelassenen Unternehmen eine Angebotsaufforderung. Das daraufhin einzureichende Angebot hat verbindlich zu sein. Der Auftraggeber behält sich den Zuschlag auf die Erstangebote ebenso vor wie Verhandlungen durchzuführen. Insgesamt circa mehr als eine Million Teile. Die Rahmenvereinbarungen haben eine Laufzeit von 4 Jahren. Sie beginnen am 01.01.2027 und enden am 31.12.2030 mit drei Verlängerungsoptionen zu je ein Jahr. Die Gesamtleistung wird in mehreren Losen vergeben, deren inhaltliche Zusammenstellung erst mit den Vergabeunterlagen im Rahmen der Aufforderung zur Angebotsabgabe final übermittelt wird.
