Rahmenvereinbarung zur Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme der Endoskopie Ausstattung Die AGAPLESION FRANKFURTER DIAKONIE KLINIKEN gGmbH, ein führendes Gesundheitszentrum im Rhein-Main-Gebiet mit 697 Betten und überregionalem Versorgungsauftrag, beschafft im Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb nach § 17 VgV eine umfassende Rahmenvereinbarung zur Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme modernster Endoskopie-Ausstattung. Das Projekt erstreckt sich von 2025 bis 2029 und umfasst die teilweise Erneuerung endoskopischer Gerätesysteme zur Erreichung aktueller wissenschaftlich-technischer Standards. Die Beschaffung gliedert sich in drei Hauptlose: Los I - Endoskopie mit jährlich 3.500 Gastroskopien, 3.000 Koloskopien, 400 interventionellen und nichtinterventionellen Endosonographien, 400 ERC(P)en und 1.000 Bronchoskopien inklusive EBUS/transbronchialer Biopsie/Interventionen. Los II - Thorax-Chirurgie/Pneumologie (Lungenkrebszentrum) für spezialisierte thoraxchirurgische und pneumologische Eingriffe. Los III - OP-Abteilung mit 800-1.000 jährlichen Laparoskopien einschließlich Cholezystektomien, Leistenhernieneingriffe, Appendektomien und Entfernung von Dünn-/Dickdarmabschnitten. Ein besonderer Fokus liegt auf der Integration automatisierter Neoplasiedetektion in die Screening-Koloskopie, möglicherweise mit Dysplasiedetektionsfähigkeit bei Barrett-Schleimhaut und automatisierter Graduierung entzündlicher Veränderungen bei chronisch-entzündlichen Darmerkrankungen. Die Ausstattung muss modernste 4K-Technologie, computergestützte Echtzeit-Polyp-/Dysplasiedetektion für Videoendoskopie und nahtlose Integration in bestehende IT-Systeme gewährleisten. Bieter müssen auf alle drei Lose anbieten. Die Zuschlagskriterien sind einheitlich für alle Lose: 40% Preis (400 gewichtete Punkte), 60% Qualität (600 gewichtete Punkte) aufgeteilt in Leistungsverzeichnis (20%), Bieterpräsentation (20%) und Teststellung (20%). Bieter müssen Gesamtkonzepte für alle Bereiche vorlegen. Die Bieterpräsentationen umfassen Unternehmensvorstellung (15 Min), Produktvorstellung (60 Min) und Fragerunde (45 Min). Teststellungen erfolgen 7-14 Werktage in Referenzeinrichtungen während der Angebotsphase. Erste Lieferung erfolgt 6 Wochen nach Beauftragung, gestaffelte weitere Lieferungen nach Ersatzkonzept. 24 Monate Gewährleistung nach mängelfreier Abnahme. Alle Geräte müssen CE-Kennzeichnung, MDR-Konformität und aktuelle Regeln der Technik erfüllen. Abweichend von den vorgegebenen Produkten kann eine vollständige Neuausstattung aller Bereiche im Nebenangebot angeboten werden, wobei dieselben Zuschlagskriterien gelten wie für die Hauptlose. Mindestens eine funktionale Gleichwertigkeit zu den ausgeschriebenen Produkten ist zu garantieren.
