Erstprogrammierung, Lieferung von 103 Perfusoren und Halterungen inklusive Ersteinweisungsschulungen und der STK Prüfungen für die Dauer von 4 Jahren 103 Perfussoren Braun SpacePlus inklusive Inbetriebnahme und Erstkonfiguration; Lieferung von 45 MCS Fahrzeughalterungen MCS Doppelhalterungen (Artikel-Nummer: MCS765015 2er Halterung B. Braun Spaceplus) inklusive 230V Schuko-Ladeanschluss und Klemmhalter für die DIN-Schiene; An den Geräten muss nach 24 und 48 Monaten ab Inbetriebnahme eine Sicherheitstechnische Kontrolle gemäß §12 der Medizinprodukte-Betreiberverordnung durchgeführt werden. Diese wird als Rahmenvertag abgebildet. Der Rahmenvertrag umfasst Abholung, Überprüfung und Rücktransport der Geräte (Standort: Gummersbacher Str. 33 50679 Köln). Bereitstellung der Unterlagen zum Nachweis der durchgeführten Prüfungen in elektronischer Form (pdf Prüfnachweis als eMail an abgestimmte eMail-Adresse je Gerät einzeln). Als Kalkulationsgröße werden je Prüfcharge 20 bis 25 Geräte übergeben. Insgesamt ist mit mindestens 200 Prüfungen und maximal 250 Prüfungen zu rechnen. Diese Schwankung erklärt sich durch eventuel erforderliche Zwischenprüfungen bei Unfällen, Stürzen oder Unsicherheiten über die ordnungsgemäße Funktion der Geräte. Als geschätzte Abrufmenge werden hier 206 Prüfungen angenommen.
