Die Stadtwerke Schwabach betreiben zur Sicherstellung der Trinkwasserversorgung der Stadt Schwabach verschiedene Gewinnungen und Aufbereitungen. Diese Anlagen werden grundlegend umstrukturiert, um die Wasserversorgung zu optimieren und langfristig sicherzustellen. Im Umfang dieser Umstrukturierung ist auch der Neubau des Wasserwerks Heidenberg vorgesehen. Das LV umfasst: Erd-, Beton- und Stahlbetonarbeiten zur Herstellung des neuen Wasserwerks Heidenberg mit Unterstellhalle und Entwässerungsleitungen in der Nähe von Obermainbach, Stadt Schwabach, im Regierungsbezirk Mittelfranken, Bundesland Bayern. Wasserwerk: ca. 60 m3 Abtrag Oberboden ca. 1.550 m3 Baugrubenaushub Homogenbereiche B1, B2 ca. 220 m3 Baugrubenaushub Homogenbereich X1 ca. 230 m3 Schottertragschicht unter Bodenplatte ca. 160 m2 Stahlbetonbodenplatte UG, d = 30 cm ca. 315 m2 Stahlbetonbodenplatte EG, d = 30 cm ca. 491 m2 Stahlbetonwände d = 30 cm ca. 947 m2 Wandschalung 3 St Stahlbetonstützen, H = 3,35 m ca. 135 m2 Stahlbetondecke über UG 121 m2 Stahlbetondecke über EG und OG, d = 20 cm 2 St Stahlbeton-Fertigteiltreppen, 9 und 11 Stufen ca. 58,2 t Baustahl 1 St Sammelschacht als Fertigteil, Abmessungen ca. 200 / 150 / 320 cm ca. 30 m Druckrohr GGGZM, DN 300 ca. 23 m Druckrohr GGGZM, DN 400 ca. 215 m Druckrohr aus PE, DA 110 bis DA 180, SDR 17 ca. 25 m Doppelrohrsystem aus PE, DA 110 in DA 160 ca. 130 m Kabelschutzrohr aus PE, DA 110 bis DA 160 ca. 280 m Fundamenterder, verzinkt ca. 380 m Ringerder, V4A ca. 165 m2 Wärmedämmschicht unter Bodenplatte ca. 115 m2 Wärmedämmplatten Wände Unterstellhalle: ca. 115 m3 Baugrubenaushub Homogenbereiche B1, B2 ca. 68 m2 Stahlbetonbodenplatte, d = 30 cm ca. 39 m2 Stahlbetonwand d = 35 cm ca. 73 m2 Wandschalung ca. 4,4 t Baustahl ca. 50 m Fundamenterder, verzinkt ca. 60 m Ringerder, V4A
