SBH | Schulbau Hamburg hat als Landesbetrieb der Freien und Hansestadt Hamburg (nachstehend SBH genannt) die Aufgabe, die Schulimmobilien unter Berücksichtigung der schulischen Belange nach wirtschaftlichen Grundsätzen zu planen, zu bauen, zu unterhalten und zu bewirtschaften und die mehr als 400 Schulen an die Behörde für Schule und Berufsbildung (BSB) zu vermieten. --------------- Auf dem Gelände des Schulstandortes Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasium wird ein bestehendes Verwaltungsgebäude abgebrochen. Auf dem freigewordenem Baufeld wird anschließend ein 4- geschossiger Zu- und Ersatzbau errichtet. Die Maßnahme erfolgt parallel zum Schulbetrieb --------------- Hier: Erdarbeiten --------------- Erdbauarbeiten für den Neubau auf dem Gelände des Carl-von-Ossietzky-Gymnasiums; Müssenredder 59, 22399 Hamburg-Poppenbüttel. Die Leistungen umfassen die Herstellung der Baugrube mit Aushub (ca. 1.750m³), Bodenaustausch (ca. 200m³), Auffüllungen (ca. 1.300m³) und Einbau der Grundleitungen unter dem Gebäude. Der Neubau weist drei unterschiedlich hohe Dachniveaus auf. Diese reichen vom EG bis ins OG 3. Die höchste Dachebene ist ca. 16,50m hoch. Die Grundfläche des Gebäudes beträgt ca. 2.000m². Die Tragstruktur besteht im Wesentlichen aus auf Stützen und Säulen gelagerte Deckenplatten. Einzelne Querwände streifen die Konstruktion aus.
