Ziel des Vorhabens ist die Gewässerwiederherstellung und Entwicklung der Ahr im Ortsbereich Insul dahingehend, dass durch die Vergrößerung des Gewässerkorridors künftig mehr Retentionsraum für Hochwasserabflüsse zur Verfügung steht und Überschwemmungs- sowie Erosionsrisiken bis zu einem HQ100-Abfluss verringert werden. Die Gewässerwiederherstellung umfasst im Wesentlichen folgende Leistungen: Vorlandabtrag • Pflanzliche Bodendecke abräumen und verwerten • Oberboden abtragen und auf Miete setzen • Unterboden lösen und verwerten • Planum herstellen • Oberboden laden und auftragen Böschungssicherung • temporärer Bodenaushub und auf Miete setzen • Planum herstellen • Böschungssicherung (mit Steinen befülltes System aus Flussmatratzen und Trenn- und Filterlage) liefern, montieren und einbauen • Aushubflächen schließen mit zwischengelagertem Boden Anpassung der Sohlgleite der Hahnensteiner Mühle an das neu modellierte Vorland • Riegelsteine liefern und einbauen • Felsgestein für Packlage zwischen den Riegeln liefern und einbauen • Wasserbausteine für Nachbettsicherung liefern und einbauen Schachtbauwerke an das neue Vorlandniveau anpassen • Schachtbauwerke aus Fertigbetonteilen kürzen durch Entnahme eines Schachtrings vegetationstechnische Arbeiten • Baugrund auflockern • Feinplanum • Ansaat Die Erdarbeiten sind unter baubegleitender Kampfmittelsondierung auszuführen
