Description

Neubau für eine Erweiterung der Klinik Eichholz in Lippstadt. Der Erweiterungsbau besteht aus einem 3-geschossigen Anbau (UG - 1.OG) auf der Ostseite für Therapieräume und Bewegungsbecken. Die hierfür erforderlichen Baugruben- und Wasserhaltungsarbeiten sind Inhalt der vorliegenden Leistungsbeschreibung. Baugrube lösen, mit Böschungswinkel 34°, Aushub seitlich lagern; Aushubmaterial nach Beprobung abfahren und entsorgen; Baugrubenböschung mit Jute-Textil abdecken und sichern; Grundleitungen für Abwasser umlegen und an Bestand anschließen; Rückbau von Entwässerungsleitung und 2 Kanalschächten; Grundwasserabsenkung der Baugrube; 5.700m3 - Baugrube lösen, Aushub seitlich lagern, inkl. geböschter Wände 5.280t - Aushubmaterial nach Beprobung entsorgen 1.500m2 - Böschungssicherung der Baugrube mit Jute-Gewebe 50m - Verlegung Kunststoff-Kanalrohr 45m - Entwässerungsleitung DN 200 ausbauen und entsorgen 2Stk - Ausbau und Entsorgung Kanalschacht 1Stk - Wasserhaltung / Grundwasserabsenkung der Baugrube
