Description

Die Außenanlagen des Schulhofes um den Neubau werden neu hergestellt. Eine FW-Zufahrt auf den Schulhof wird von der Paul-Natorp-Straße an der nördlichen Grundstückgrenze realisiert. Die Herstellung der Freiflächen um den Neubau und Schulhoferweiterung, sowie die Errichtung von zwei Behinderten-Parkplätzen sind Gegenstand dieser Baumaßnahme. Die Schule wird von der Paul-Natorp-Straße her erschlossen. Ein Teil des Schulhofs wird aktuell von der Grundschule weiterhin als Schulhof genutzt. Auszüge der Planungsunterlagen (Lageplan, Schnitte) etc. sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis mit Baubeschreibung beigefügt und bei der Kalkulation zu beachten. Die Zufahrt zur Baustelle erfolgt von der Hangstraße her. Zur Baufeldfreimachung sind Baustraßen zurück zubauen, vorhandene Asphalt- und Betonpflasterflächen aufzunehmen und zu entsorgen. Das Material ist aufgrund von Nutzung als Baustraße und Verschmutzung nicht für die Wiederverwendung als Frostschutzschicht geeignet. Erdlager des AG sollen aufgenommen und entsorgt werden. Im Baufeld liegen bereits Entwässerungskanäle und Versorgungsleerrohre, die besonders zu beachten sind. Die befahrbaren befestigen Flächen werden mit Betonpflaster hergestellt, die Einfassung erfolgt mit Betonbordsteinen und Läuferzeilen. Traufstreifen werden aus Betonplatten hergestellt. Auf dem Schulhof werden Spielgeräte, Geräteschuppen, Holzpodeste, Betonsitzblöcke und Sitzstufen, sowie Abfalleimer eingebaut. Datum Ausführungsbeginn: 05.10.2026 Datum Ausführungsende: 02.12.2027 1) Fertigstellung Bauabschnitt 1 27.07.2027 2) Die gepflasterte Verbindung von der Nordzufahrt Paul-Natorp-Straße auf die bestehende Rampe zum Verwaltungsgebäude hoch im BA 1.3 muss während der Osterferien 2027 (22.03.27 - 02.04.27) erfolgen.
