Vitos ist der größte Anbieter für die Behandlung von psychisch erkrankten Menschen in Hessen. Die begleitenden psychiatrischen Dienste richten sich mit ihrem Angebot an chronisch psychisch erkrankte Menschen. Neben seiner Kernaufgabe - der Diagnostik und Behandlung psychisch erkrankter Menschen - betreibt Vitos auch eine orthopädische Fachklinik in Kassel sowie hessenweit Einrichtungen der Jugend- und Behindertenhilfe. Vitos ist ein Unternehmen des Landeswohlfahrtsverbandes (LWV) Hessen. Zum Unternehmensverbund mit Zentrale in Kassel gehören 17 gemeinnützige Gesellschaften. 12.200 Mitarbeitende erwirtschaften an 115 Standorten einen jährlichen Gesamtertrag von einer Milliarde Euro. Sie behandeln insgesamt 44.000 Patient/-innen stationär/teilstationär und erbringen etwa 300.000 ambulante Behandlungen im Jahr. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung ist der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrages, der die: bedarfsweise Lieferung; Gewährleistung der Verfügbarkeit von Ersatzteilen und Zubehör; Betriebsunterstützung sowie Störungsbehebung; Instandhaltung von Ladeeinrichtungen exkl. eines backendbasierten Betriebsmanagements regelt. Service- und Support sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsleistungen müssen je Ladeeinrichtung für 4 Jahre ab Lieferabrufdatum geleistet werden. Der Vertrag enthält weiter die optionale, zusätzliche Leistung: technische Installation bzw. Inbetriebnahme in ein bestehendes Backend/ Betriebsmanagement. Der AG nutzt momentan ein Backend, dass über das Unternehmen Firmenladen GmbH bereitgestellt wird (Firmenladenwelt). Der Auftragnehmer bestätigt die vollständige Kompatibilität der angebotenen Ladeeinrichtungen mit dem Backend Firmenladenwelt. Die Herstellung der produktiven Kommunikationsverbindung ist Bestandteil der Leistung. Es ist geplant den Zuschlag in KW 45/2026 zu erteilen.
