Sanierung der Stadthalle Meinerzhagen, Otto-Fuchs-Platz 1, 58540 Meinerzhagen; hier: Schadstoffsanierung Asbest- und KMF-haltige Bauteile Bei dem geplanten Bauvorhaben handelt es sich um eine Umbaumaßnahme der Stadthalle in Meinerzhagen, Otto-Fuchs-Platz. Die Stadthalle wurde in den 1970ger Jahren erbaut. Um zukünftigen Anforderungen und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten gerecht zu werden muss sie grundlegend umgebaut und saniert werden. Neben den funktionalen Aspekten sind sowohl eine energetische Sanierung der Gebäudehülle und der Haustechnik als auch eine barrierefreie Erreichbarkeit notwendig. Näheres ist den Vergabeunterlagen zu entnehmen.
