Description

Der Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb (BLB NRW) sieht vor, die Gebäude und Nebenanlagen der ehem. Instituts der Pharmazie an der Hittorfstraße 56-62 in Münster zurückbauen zu lassen. Die NRW.URBAN GmbH & Co. KG plant und überwacht den Rückbau. Die anzubietende Leistung beinhaltet die Schadstoffsanierung sowie den anschließenden selektiven Rückbau aller auf dem Grundstück befindlichen Gebäude und Nebenanlage, inkl. eines unterirdischen Bunkers. Die Schadstoffsanierung der zu Beginn der 1960er erbauten Gebäude beinhaltet im Wesentlichen den fachgerechten Ausbau und die Entsorgung von asbesthaltigen Baustoffen, alten Mineralfaserprodukten sowie teerhaltigen Produkten. Das Gesamtvolumen aller zurückzubauenden Objekte beträgt ca. 49.000 m3 inkl. Keller. Für die gesamte Bauleistung wird eine Bauzeit von 13 Monaten mit Beginn im Mai 2026 vorgegeben.
