Description

Schadstoffsanierung & Rückbau Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist die Schadstoffsanierung sowie der vollständige Rückbau der bestehenden Justizvollzugsanstalt, einschließlich aller baulichen Anlagen und Einbauten. Der Rückbau erfolgt zur Vorbereitung eines Neubaus einer vergleichbaren Justizvollzugsanstalt am selben Standort. Die vorhandene Gefängnismauer wird parallel zu der im Rahmen dieser Ausschreibung enthaltenen Leistungen durch ein Fremdgewerk sukzessiv demontiert. Die neue Haftmauer wird unmittelbar hergestellt. Sämtliche Rückbau- und Abbrucharbeiten sind so auszuführen, dass die bestehenden Mauern in ihrer Standsicherheit, Funktion und Substanz nicht beeinträchtigt werden. Darüber hinaus ist für die Haftmauer innenseitig eine Baustraße für die Arbeiten an der Mauer zu gewährleisten. Die Leistungsbeschreibung umfasst die Entfernung der im Innen- und Außenbereich des Gebäudekomplexes detektierten Schadstoffe, insbesondere Asbest, KMF, PCB, PAK und Schwermetalle, und der an die Sanierung anschließenden Rückbauarbeiten. Eine detaillierte Aufstellung der konkreten Schadstofffundstellen erfolgt in dem Leistungsverzeichnis, deren Sanierung kann im Rahmen der Darstellung der entsprechenden Positionen nachvollzogen werden. Die Sanierung beinhaltet die fachgerechte Entfernung, sortenreine Trennung, sichere Ausschleusung und Entsorgung aller belasteten Materialien gemäß den einschlägigen technischen Regeln und abfallrechtlichen Vorgaben.
