Das Vergabeverfahren dient dem Abschluss von Rahmenverträgen über wirkstoffübergreifende und indikationsbezogene Kontrastmittel zur Belieferung der Vertragsarztpraxen in den nachfolgend genannten Gebieten. Die Leistung ist in zwei Gebietslose und zwei Fachlose aufgeteilt. Ein Rahmenvertrag wird jeweils für ein Fachlos je Teil-/Gebietslos geschlossen. Belieferung von radiologisch tätigen Vertragsärzten im Bereich der KV Westfalen-Lippe mit folgenden Kontrastmitteln: Mindestanforderungen: Bezeichnung: Ionische iodhaltige hochosmolare wasserlösliche nephrotrope Röntgenkontrastmittel Anwendung: oral Anwendungsgebiete: - Röntgendiagnostik des Magen-Darm-Traktes insbesondere, wenn die Anwendung von Bariumsulfat unerwünscht oder kontraindiziert ist und - zur Untersuchung bzw. Abgrenzung des Gastrointestinaltraktes bei der Computer-Tomographie Wirkstoffe/ -kombinationen (ATC): - Amidotrizoesäure (V08AA01) oder -Ioxitalaminsäure (V08AA05) oder -weitere möglich Darreichungsform: alle zugelassenen Darreichungsformen möglich Konzentrationen: alle Konzentrationen möglich Packungsgröße: 100 ml; Belieferung von radiologisch tätigen Vertragsärzten im Bereich der KV Westfalen-Lippe mit folgenden Kontrastmitteln: Mindestanforderungen: Bezeichnung: Nicht ionische iodhaltige monomere niederosmolare wasserlösliche nephrotrope Röntgenkontrastmittel Anwendung: intrathekal Anwendungsgebiete: - zervikale, thorakale und lumbale Myelographie und Radikulographie und - CT-Myelographie Wirkstoffe/ -kombinationen (ATC): Iohexol (V08AB02) oder Iopamidol (V08AB04) oder Iopromid (V08AB05) oder Iomeprol (V08AB10) oder Iobitridol (V08AB11) oder Ioversol (V08AB07) Darreichungsform: Injektionslösung oder vergleichbare Darreichungsform Konzentrationen: 200 mg/ml oder 240 mg/ml oder 250 mg/ml oder 300 mg/ml Packungsgröße: 10 ml; Belieferung von radiologisch tätigen Vertragsärzten im Bereich der KV Nordrhein mit folgenden Kontrastmitteln: Mindestanforderungen: Bezeichnung: Ionische iodhaltige hochosmolare wasserlösliche nephrotrope Röntgenkontrastmittel Anwendung: oral Anwendungsgebiete: - Röntgendiagnostik des Magen-Darm-Traktes insbesondere, wenn die Anwendung von Bariumsulfat unerwünscht oder kontraindiziert ist und - zur Untersuchung bzw.
