Description

Die vorliegende Bekanntmachung betrifft nicht die Vergabe eines öffentlichen Auftrags im Sinne der Vergabekoordinierungsrichtlinie (2014/24/EU) bzw. des Kartellvergaberechts. Im Interesse einer möglichst breit angelegten Information der interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmer erfolgt diese Bekanntmachung im Supplement zum Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union. Die im Rahmen des vorliegenden Bekanntmachungstextes verwendete Verfahrensbezeichnung "Offenes Verfahren" (Ziffer IV.1.1) ist den Vorgaben des Bekanntmachungsformulars geschuldet. Hiermit sowie mit der Nutzung des Mediums "TED" ist keinerlei Unterwerfung unter vergaberechtliche Regelungen verbunden, deren Geltung kraft Gesetzes bzw. Vergabeordnungen nicht verpflichtend vorgegeben ist. Es handelt sich um einen Rahmenvertrag mit Beitrittsoption, der sich auf diverse Wirkstoffe bezieht. Anzahl der Lose: 1 -> Wirkstoff: Cyanocobalamin (OTC, parenteral) Einzelheiten zu den Wirkstoffen und Wirkstoffkombinationen können den Unterlagen entnommen werden Die BARMER hat eine einmalige Verlängerungsoption um drei Monate, bis zum 31.12.2028.
