Gegenstand dieser Veröffentlichung ist der Abschluss von Verträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für mehrere Wirkstoffe im Rahmen eines sogenannten Open-House-Verfahrens: Unter Vorgabe einheitlicher Vertragskonditionen sowie eines einheitlichen Zugangsverfahrens wird allen geeigneten und interessierten pharmazeutischen Unternehmen oder Gemeinschaften pharmazeutischer Unternehmen der Abschluss von Rabattverträgen nach § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V für folgende Wirkstoffe angeboten: Alprazolam (N05BA12) Bempedoinsäure (C10AX15) Bempedoinsäure & Ezetimib (C10BA10) Cinnarizin & Dimenhydrinat (N07CA22) Colestyramin (C10AC01) Diclofenac (D11AX18, M02AA15, nur topische Darreichungsformen) Dutasterid & Tamsulosin (G04CA52) Erythropoietin (B03XA01) Ibuprofen (M01AE01, M02AA13) Icatibant (B06AC02) Metoclopramid (A03FA01) Metronidazol (nur A01AB17, D06BX01, G01AF01) Naltrexon (N07BB04) Posaconazol (J02AC04) Risperidon (N05AX08, nur parenterale Darreichungsformen (Depots)) Sunitinib (L01EX01) Tetrabenazin (N07XX06) Ticagrelor (B01AC24) Tiotropiumbromid (R03BB04, außer Hartkapseln mit Pulver zur Inhalation) Tolterodin (G04BD07) Trazodon (N06AX05) Valproinsäure (N03AG01) Zolmitriptan (N02CC03) Der früheste Vertragsbeginn ist der 01.06.2025.
