Der Landkreis Unterallgäu schreibt die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (§ 34 HOAI) und Freianlagenplanung (§ 39 HOAI) für den Teilneubau der Staatlichen Berufsschule Mindelheim an der Luxenhoferstraße am westlichen Ortsrand von Mindelheim stufenweise aus. Der Landkreis Unterallgäu schreibt die Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume (§ 34 HOAI) und Freianlagenplanung (§ 39 HOAI) für den Teilneubau der Staatlichen Berufsschule Mindelheim an der Luxenhoferstraße auf Flur Nr. 2268, 2268/9 und 2278, Gemarkung Mindelheim, am westlichen Ortsrand von Mindelheim stufenweise aus. Mit der Regierung von Schwaben als Fördermittelgeber ist ein zusätzlicher Raumbedarf für den Teilneubau in Höhe von 5.663 m2 vorabgestimmt und ein erstes Raumbuch entwickelt worden. Die Objektplanung Gebäude und Freianlagen wird zusammengefasst als integrale zusammenhängende Planungsleistung ausgeschrieben (§ 97 Abs. 4 S. 3 GWB), um das Zusammenspiel der Fachräumlichkeiten und Werkstätten in ihrem Bezug zwischen „innen und außen“ bestmöglich abbilden zu können. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung ist daher die stufenweise gemeinsame Vergabe der erforderlichen Objektplanungsleistungen nach § 34 HOAI sowie der Freianlagenplanung nach § 39 HOAI mit - Stufe 1: Grundlagenermittlung (LPh 1) und Vorplanung (LPH 2); - Stufe 2: Entwurfsplanung (LPh 3) und Genehmigungsplanung (LPh 4); - Stufe 3: Ausführungsplanung (LPh 5), Vorbereitung der Vergabe (LPh 6) und Mitwirkung an der Vergabe (LPh 7); - Stufe 4: Bauüberwachung und Dokumentation (LPh 8) und die Objektbetreuung (LPh 9). Auf die Beauftragung der weiteren Stufen besteht kein Anspruch. Für die Einzelheiten wird auf die Projektbeschreibung, Architekt den Planervertrag Berufsschule und die Regelungen des HAVKOM-Architektenvertrags Gebäude und Architektenvertrags Freianlagen in den Vergabeunterlagen verwiesen.
