Description

Die Gemeinde Wilburgstetten schreibt die Objektplanung Gebäude (Leistungsbild § 34 HOAI) für ihr FFW-Einsatzgebäude mit BRK-Anteil ab der Vorplanung (LPh 2) stufenweise aus. - Stufe 1 ist die Vorplanung (LPh 2). - Stufe 2 umfasst die Entwurfsplanung (LPh 3) und Genehmigungsplanung (LPh 4) - Stufe 3 umfasst die Ausführungsplanung (LPh 5), Vorbereitung und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe (LPh 6 und 7). - Stufe 4 umfasst die Objektüberwachung (LPh 8) und Objektbetreuung (LPh 9). Auf die Übertragung weitere Stufen über die Stufe 1 hinaus besteht kein Anspruch. Die Gemeinde Wilburgstetten plant den Neubau eines FFW-Einsatzgebäude mit BRK-Anteil nordwestlich ihrer Grundschule und Kita angrenzend an die Weiltinger Straße und die Bundesstraße B 25. Die geplante Baumaßnahme wird in einem städtebaulichen Gesamtkontext zu der erforderlichen Erweiterung der Grundschule Wilburgstetten um eine Ganztagesbetreuung und weitere Funktionsräume gesehen. Die Gemeinde hat vor diesem Hintergrund eine städtebauliche Rahmenplanung vom Architekturbüro Moser + Guckert erstellen lassen (Stand: 01.08.2025), die den Vergabeunterlagen beiliegt. DIe Einzelheiten ergeben sich aus der Projektbeschreibung, dem Architektenvertrag und den weiteren Vergabeunterlagen.
