Description

Das Bezirksamt Hamburg-Mitte plant den Neubau von bezirklichen Sportanlagen sowie einem Sportfunktionsgebäude im Quartier Fischbeker Reethen. Dazu sind die Objektplanungssleistungen Gebäude/Innenraum und Freianlagen gem. HOAI § 34,39 LPH 1-9 zu erbringen. Im Südwesten des Hamburger Bezirks Harburg entsteht in den nächsten Jahren das neue Wohn- und Arbeitsquartier Fischbeker Reethen. Gegenstand des Auftrags sind die Objektplanungen Gebäude und Freianlagen für den Neubau der Sportanlage in Hamburg Fischbek. Vorgesehen ist der Neubau eines Großspielfeldes mit einem sandbefüllten Kunststoffrasenbelag, eines Kleinspielfeldes und einer 100 m Sprintbahn mit einem Kunststoffbelag sowie einer Weitsprunggrube, Pkw-Stellplätze, Ballfangzäune und eine Flutlichtanlage. Geplant ist außerdem ein Sportfunktionsgebäude. Das eingeschossige Gebäude soll so konzipiert und gebaut werden, dass eine nachträgliche Aufstockung um ein Obergeschoss realisiert werden kann. Raumprogramm EG (kurzgefasst): - 3 Umkleideräume mit angrenzenden WC- und Duschräumen - WC-Räume (öffentlich) inkl. Inklusionsraum - Technikraum - Platzwartraum - Schiedsrichterraum Der Neubau wird funktional ausgeschrieben, sodass eine reduzierte Planungsleistung abgerufen wird.
