Description

Maßnahme: Ex-Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe Durchführung einer Maßnahme zur Förderung erwerbsfähige Leistungsberechtigte mit teilweisen komplexen Handlungsbedarfen nach § 16 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 Nr. 1, 3 und 5 SGB III mit dem Titel: Ex- Hilfe zur Selbsthilfe. Es wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Gesamtstundenkontingent von 7.800 Stunden abgeschlossen. Folgende Ausführungszeiträume sind vorgesehen: 01.04.2026 - 31.03.2027 Die Mindestabnahmemenge beträgt 60 %. Eine Aufstockung des Auftragsvolumens ist im gegenseitigen Einvernehmen um bis zu 20 % möglich. Eine Optionsklausel über 5 Verlängerungsoptionen inkl. Preisgleitklausel ist enthalten. Bei Ausübung einer Option kann die Gesamtmenge zweimal um jeweils bis zu 20 % (insgesamt um bis zu 40 %) ohne Vergütungspflicht reduziert werden. Die Mindestabnahmemenge errechnet sich bei einer solchen Option entsprechend aus dem reduzierten Auftragsvolumen.
