Description

Die HSU/UniBw H benötigt für Analysen und Untersuchungen ein Rasterelektronenmikroskop. Auftragsgegenstand ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines Rasterelektronenmikroskops sowie die Einweisung in den Betrieb des gelieferten Rasterelektronenmikroskops. Darüber hinaus muss der Auftragnehmer für die ersten zwei (2) Jahre nach Abnahme Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen erbringen. Der Lieferzeit kommt besondere Bedeutung zu, da das Rasterelektronenmikroskop zwingend spätestens bis zum 16.11.2026 abnahmefähig geliefert werden. Die Installation und Inbetriebnahme muss spätestens binnen zwei (2) Wochen nach Lieferung abgeschlossen sein. Auf gesondertes Verlangen der HSU/UniBw H muss der Auftragnehmer für den Zeitraum von einem Jahr, maximal drei (3) Mal abrufbar Wartungs- und Serviceleistungen erbringen (Option). Der Auftraggeber hat für die Beschaffung des REMs ein maximales Budget von € 600.000,00 (brutto) zur Verfügung. Er behält sich vor, einzelne Angebote, die diesen Kostenrahmen überschreiten, vom Verfahren auszuschließen, sowie das Verfahren aufzuheben, sollten ausschließlich Angebote oberhalb des Kostenrahmens eingehen. Einzelheiten der Leistung und die technischen Anforderungen ergeben sich aus der Leistungsbeschreibung (Anlage 1 des Vertrages, Anlage 3 der Vergabeunterlagen).
