Description

Das Pfalzklinikum plant die Erweiterung des Jugendmaßregelvollzuges im südlichen Bereich des Klinikgeländes in 76889 Klingenmünster, Weinstraße 100. Gegenstand der vorliegenden EU-weiten Ausschreibung ist das Fachlos Bodenbeschichtungsarbeiten. Die Erweiterung ist mit einem 2-geschossigen Neubau (mit Teilunterkellerung als WU-Konstruktion) inkl. Zugangsbereich und Sporthalle vorgesehen. Das Gebäude ist als Ortbeton-, Halbfertigteil- (Wände/Decken) und Mauerwerkskonstruktion konzipiert. Eine separate Werkhalle für den Bereich Arbeitstherapie mit Anbindung an das bestehende Gebäude 50 gehört ebenfalls zum Erweiterungsumfang. Die vorliegende Ausschreibung betrifft das Fachlos Bodenbeschichtungsarbeiten (Untergrundvorbereitung sowie Boden- und Wandbeschichtungen mit Reaktionsharzen für Haus 49N und die Werkhalle). Die maßgeblichen Hauptmengen sind der nachfolgenden Beschreibung der Beschaffung zu entnehmen (Leistungsverzeichnis VWR43-300-10). Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Bodenbeschichtungsarbeiten für die o. g. Baumaßnahme (Untergrundvorbereitung durch Kugelstrahlen sowie Boden- und Wandbeschichtungen mit 2-K-Epoxidharz und PU-Acrylat). Die Arbeiten umfassen insbesondere die Beschichtung der Sanitärräume, der Technikräume und der Werkhalle in Haus 49N sowie der Werkhalle; die Beschichtungen sind rutschhemmend (R10) auszuführen. Die wesentlichen Leistungspositionen gemäß Leistungsverzeichnis VWR43-300-10 sind: ca. 850 m² Kugelstrahlen Bodenflächen und ca. 120 m² Kugelstrahlen Wandflächen (Untergrundvorbereitung). ca. 230 m² Bodenbeschichtung 2-K-Epoxidharz, Sanitärräume. ca. 340 m² PU-Acrylat-Bodenbeschichtung, Technikräume. ca. 116 m² Wandbeschichtung 2-K-Epoxidharz, Sanitärräume. ca. 250 m² Bodenbeschichtung 2-K-Epoxidharz, Werkhalle.
