Die Fridtjof-Nansen-Realschule in Gronau ist eine 4-zügige Realschule mit Übermittagsbetreuung. Das heutige Schulgebäude setzt sich aus vier Bauteilen zusammen. Das Konzept umfasst die Sanierung und Umstrukturierung der Bestandsbaukörper von 1939 (Bauteil 3A) und 1957 (Bauteil 3B) und die Erweiterung um einen 3-geschossigen Baukörper (Bauteil 4) sowie die Schaffung einer Verbindung zwischen Alt- und Neubau. Der nördliche Baukörper aus dem Jahr 1968 (Bauteil 1) wird abgerissen und durch einen Neubau ersetzt. Ein Teil des Technikkellers bleibt bestehen. Der östliche Baukörper wird teilweise zurückgebaut (Bauteil 2), saniert und umstrukturiert und um einen zusätzlichen Treppenaufgang im 3. Obergeschoss sowie den Neubau eines Treppenhauses ergänzt. Die Bestandsfassaden von 1939 und 1957 werden, unter Beibehaltung der Ziegelfassaden, weiterentwickelt. Die Baumaßnahme teilt sich in zwei Bauabschnitte mit je drei Bauteilen. Der erste Bauabschnitt umfasst den Umbau und die Sanierung der Bauteile 3A und 3B und den Neubau des Bauteils 4. Der zweite Bauabschnitt umfasst den Umbau und die Sanierung des Bauteils 1 und den Neubau des Bauteils 2. Die Grundsanierung wird in zwei Bauabschnitten bei laufendem Schulbetrieb durchgeführt. Die Stadt Gronau schreibt im Rahmen der Erweiterung der Fridtjof-Nansen-Realschule die Maler- und Lackierarbeiten aus. Die zu vergebenden Maler- und Lackierarbeiten für den 1. Bauabschnitt umfassen folgende Leistungen: - 400 m² zusätzliche Abklebearbeiten - 850 m² zusätzliche Abdeckarbeiten - 630 m Wandschlitze schließen - 14.100 m² Spachtelarbeiten - 7.900 m² Wand beschichten - 2.100 m Leibungen beschichten - 850 m² Decken beschichten - 2.800 m² Lochgipsdecken beschichten - 1.000 m² Deckenfries beschichten - 2.400 m DE-Versiegelung - 70 m Geländerlackierung - 76 Stück Zargen lackieren Alle Angaben sind ca.
