Description

Gegenstand der Maßnahme nach § 16 Abs. 1 SGB II i. V. m. § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 1 SGB III ist die Heranführung an den Ausbildungs- und Arbeitsmarkt sowie die Feststellung, Verringerung oder Beseitigung von Vermittlungshemmnissen. Dies können alle Aktivitäten der Aktivierung und Unterstützung der sehr marktfernen Teilnehmenden umfassen, die auf eine dauerhafte berufliche Eingliederung gerichtet sind. - Grundlegende und nachhaltige Aktivierung und Stabilisierung der Teilnehmenden und der gesamten Bedarfsgemeinschaft sowie die Herstellung eines konstanten Kontaktes zum Jobcenter. - Stabilisierung der Lebensumstände der Teilnehmer, Aufbau einer stabilen Tagesstruktur und Abbau der vorhandenen schwerwiegenden und multiplen Hemmnisse. Integrationsrückschritten ist individuell und nachhaltig zu begegnen. - Soweit möglich, ist die nachhaltige Herstellung der sozialen Gruppenfähigkeit zu bewerkstelligen. - Intensive Betreuung zu allen Problemlagen und Initiierung von systematischen Hilfen, z.B. durch Anbindung an sozialintegrative Leistungen. - Die Teilnehmer sollen in die Lage versetzt werden, ihren Alltag stress- und störungsfrei bewältigen zu können. Dazu gehört auch die aktive Unterstützung bei der Verwirklichung einer angst- und störungsfreien Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Banken, Behörden. Hierzu kann eine Veränderung des Einkaufs- bzw. Konsumverhaltens gehören. - Erarbeitung einer direkten, zeitnahen Anschlussperspektive für die Teilnahme an einer anderen marktfernen Maßnahme. - Im günstigsten Fall Aufzeigen erster realistischer beruflicher Perspektiven und Vermittlung der dafür elementaren Schlüsselqualifikationen (Pünktlichkeit, Konzentration, Verhalten am Arbeitsplatz usw.).
