Description

(1) Auftragsgegenstand ist ab dem 01.01.2027 die (endgültige) Entsorgung bezogen auf die folgenden Abfälle o Los 1 Altholz AI, AII und AIII, o Los 2 Altholz AIV, o Los 3 Altöl, o Los 4 Altreifen, o Los 5 Baustoffe auf Gipsbasis, o Los 6 Boden und Steine + Bauschutt, o Los 7 Gemischte Kunststoffe, o Los 8 Krankenhausspezifische Abfälle, o Los 9 Straßenkehricht, sowie die o Übernahme von Abfällen an mindestens einer vom Auftragnehmer während der Vertragslaufzeit zur Verfügung zu stellenden und zu betreibenden Übernahmestelle, (Vor-)Behandlungsanlage oder Entsorgungsanlage, o Verwiegung (mit Dokumentation) der übernommenen Abfälle und o ggfs. Nachtransport (einschl. Anlieferung an ggfs. (einer) Entsorgungsanla-ge(n)) (2) Die Anlieferung bis zur ersten Übernahmestelle der Abfallmengen der Lose 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 und 9 wird durch den Auftraggeber organisiert. (3) Im Fall von Los 8 wird die Anlieferung durch die Anfallstellen (Kran-kenhäuser o.ä.) bzw. deren Beauftragte organisiert und ist nicht Teil des Auftragsgegenstands. (4) Abweichend von Abs. 1 ist für die Abfallfraktion Altöl (Los 3 ) zusätzlich die Abholung an den vom Auftraggeber betriebenen Wertstoffhöfen/Abfallannahmestellen durch den Auftragnehmer zu organisieren. (5) Dem Vertrag liegt das Werkvertragsrecht nach den §§ 631 ff. BGB zugrunde; die VOB/B ist in der jeweiligen Fassung Bestandteil des Vertrages Siehe Vergabeunterlagen
