Rahmenvertrag zur Entsorgung von kontaminiertem Gleisschotter (ASN 170507* - Gleisschotter, der gefährliche Stoffe enthält), Boden (ASN 170503* - Boden und Steine, die gefährliche Stoffe enthalten) und Bauschutt (ASN 170106* - Gemische aus getrennten Fraktionen von Beton, Ziegeln, Fliesen und Keramik, die gefährliche Stoffe enthalten) die im Rahmen von Gleisbauarbeiten am Gleiskörper der Straßenbahn anfallen. Die Berliner Verkehrsbetrieebe (BVG), AöR - nachfolgend als Auftraggeber (AG) bezeichnet - beabsichtigt die Entsorgung von kontaminiertem Gleisschotter, Boden und Bauschutt aus Baumaßnahmen der Straßenbahn in einem Rahmenvertrag einzubinden. Sämtliche im direkten Zusammenhang mit der Entsorgung stehenden Tätigkeiten sind sach- und fachgerecht nach Maßgaben der jeweils gültigen Gesetzte, Verordnungen und Verwaltungsvorschriften auszuführen. Die Leistung wird für 8 Jahre ausgeschrieben. 4 Jahre gelten als feste Laufzeit. Der AG hat das Recht, die Laufzeit 2x um je 2 Jahre als Option zu verlängern. Folgende Mengen (Schätzmengen) fallen 8 Jahren an: ca. 18.000 Tonnen = kontaminierter Bauschutt (ASN 170106*) ca. 25.000 Tonnen = kontaminierter Gleisschotter (ASN 170507*) ca. 24.000 Tonnen = kontaminierter Boden (ASN 170503*)
