Die Kommunale Nährstoffrückgewinnung Niedersachsen GmbH (KNRN) ist ein kommunales Unternehmen. Gesellschafter der KNRN sind ausschließlich kommunale Einrichtungen und Unternehmen. Gegenstand des Unternehmens ist die Verwertung von Klärschlämmen sowie Planung, Finanzierung, Bau, Betrieb und Unterhaltung der dafür notwendigen Einrichtungen. Die KNRN übernimmt mittels Rahmenverträgen die Verwertung bzw.
