Description

Die Stadt Bad Münstereifel muss als Folge des Flutereignisses vom 14.07.2021 die Straßen Wege und Plätze innerhalb der Kernstadt erneuern. Hierzu wurde Aushubmaterial aufgenommen und auf dem Gelände des Sportplatzes zwischengelagert. Das Bodenmaterial wurde chemisch-analytisch untersucht und muss nun aufgenommen und entsprechend dem Gutachten entsorgt werden. Es handelt sich bei diesem Projekt um eine durch das Land Nordrhein-Westfalen und die Bundesrepublik Deutschland geförderte Maßnahme zur Beseitigung von Schäden an öffentlicher und privater Infrastruktur sowie zum Wiederaufbau anlässlich der Starkregen- und Hochwasserkatastrophe im Juli 2021 (Fördermittelrichtlinie (FRL) Wiederaufbau Nordrhein-Westfalen) vom 27 Mai 2025. Auf die geltende Förderrichtlinie Wiederaufbau wird ausdrücklich hingewiesen. Für die anstehende Sanierung ist es erforderlich, die im Zuge der letzten Jahre auf dem Sportplatz abgelagerten Haufwerke abzufahren. Es handelt sich um ca. 4.000 m³ Material, das teilweise mit Asbest verunreinigt ist und somit zu den gefährlichen Abfällen zählt. Verladung und Abtransport dieser Abfälle ist als Schadstoffsanierung auf Grundlage der Gefahrstoffverordnung sowie TRGS 519 einzurichten und zu begleiten.
