Description

Beschaffung von Kassen- u. Zutrittssysteme für die städtischen Bäder der Stadt Münster Die Stadt Münster plant die Umrüstung der Kassensysteme in den sieben Hallenbädern und drei Freibädern. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Hallenbäder: Hallenbad Mitte, Südbad, Hallen-bad Ost, Hallenbad Hiltrup, Hallenbad Wolbeck, Hallenbad Kinderhaus, Hallenbad Roxel und die Freibäder: Freibad Stapelskotten, Freibad Hiltrup, Freibad Coburg. Die Hallenbäder werden fast ganzjährig betrieben und sind je nach Wetterlage, parallel zu den Freibädern geöffnet. Alle zehn Bäder zusammen haben ca. 650.000 Besucher / Jahr. Die Stadt Münster möchte eine moderne und zukunftsfähige Kassen- und Zutrittslösung einführen, die dem aktuellen Stand der Technik entspricht. Hierzu soll ein Gesamtsystem auf Basis einer SaaS-Lösung in der Cloud, inklusive der erforderlichen Hardwarekomponenten (Kassenautomaten, Leseeinheiten QR u. Mifare an den vorhandenen Drehkreuzen) und entsprechendem Service für das System beschafft werden. Insbesondere der Fullservice (Systemservice) über das Gesamtsystem ist eine wesentliche Anforderung, um den reibungslosen und zukunftssicheren Betrieb in den 10 Standorten gewährleisten zu können.
