Rahmenvereinbarung über die textile Vollversorgung der Wahlleistungsstationen der Knappschaft Kliniken mit Servicekleidung im Mietsystem einschließlich Gestellung, Reinigung, Instandhaltung, Logistik, Bestandsmanagement und Ersatzbeschaffung. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung über die textile Vollversorgung der Wahlleistungsstationen der Knappschaft Kliniken mit Servicekleidung im Mietsystem. Der Leistungsumfang umfasst die Gestellung personalisierter Servicekleidung für Damen und Herren, deren Vermessung, Kennzeichnung mittels RFID-/Barcode, Reinigung, Desinfektion, Instandhaltung, Ersatzbeschaffung bei Verschleiß oder Schwund sowie die regelmäßige Lieferung, Abholung und Bestandsführung. Darüber hinaus sind ein bedarfsgerechtes Bestandsmanagement, ein zentrales Ansprechpartnerkonzept sowie die Bereitstellung regelmäßiger Verbrauchs- und Bestandsauswertungen Bestandteil der Leistung.
