VE-BA1-09_Rückbau Schadstoffe / Abbruch BA I Die Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide ("Fraport") betreibt den Flughafen Frankfurt/Main und daneben allein oder gemeinsam mit Dritten weltweit mehrere weitere Flughäfen, Terminals und Dienstleistungsgesellschaften. Die Fraport plant im Terminal 1 die komplette räumliche Umstrukturierung des Bereiches der hohen Halle B Mitte mit den angrenzenden Shoppingbereichen "Avenue" und "Boulevard". Der Projektbereich erstreckt sich auf die Ebenen E02, E03 und E04 im Terminal 1, Gebäude 203 des Frankfurter Flughafens und umfasst ca. 16.000m2 Fläche. Die Umsetzung erfolgt in mehreren Bauabschnitten. Durch den Auftragnehmer sind alle großflächigen Rückbauarbeiten im Innenbereich an Wänden, Decken, Böden sowie deren Bekleidungen auszuführen. Hierzu gehört auch der vollständige Rückbau mehrerer Sanitärbereiche und mehrerer technischer Anlagen. Zu den Leistungen des Auftragnehmers gehören auch alle Entsorgungen der rückgebauten Baustoffe sowie auch alle Entsorgungen rückgebauter Baustoffe mit Schadstoffen. Für den Rückbau der in praktisch allen Flächen verbauten Schadstoffe (hauptsächlich "alte" KMF) sind durch den Auftragnehmer auch alle erforderlichen besonderen Baustelleneinrichtungen auszuführen und vorzuhalten. Auszugsweise sind folgende Mengen vorgesehen: - ca. 40t Entsorgung "alter" KMF; - ca. 15t Entsorgung asbesthaltiger Rohre und Kanäle; - ca. 180m2 Wandpaneele aus Stahlblech; - ca. 20 St. Innenausbau Sanitärräume verschiedener Ausführungen komplett; - ca. 4.300m2 Abhangdecken aus Gipsplatten, Mineralfaserpaneelen, Metallpaneelen; - ca. 2.600m2 Montagewände Trockenbau; - ca. 1.700m2 Bodenaufbauten Estrich unter verschiedenen Belägen; - ca. 915m2 gedämmter Dachaufbau aus Bitumenbahnen; - ca. 3.100m Rohrleitungen Abwasser/Regenwasser; - ca. 4.500m2 Lüftungskanäle; Geplanter Ausführungsbeginn: ca. 3. Quartal 2027 Geplantes Ausführungsende: ca. 2. Quartal 2030
