Die Neubauarbeiten umfassen den Bau eines mehrgeschossigen Gebäudeteils in Massivbauweise mit Mauerwerkswänden und einem Betontreppen- und Aufzugkern sowie den Neuaufbau des Dachstuhls als Stahl- und Holztragwerk.
