Abbruch- und Entkernungsarbeiten: Stellung von ca. 1.470 m² Gerüst für die Abbrucharbeiten. Rückbau von ca. 350 m² Fensterelementen einschließlich Sonnenschutzanlagen und Fensterbänken. Rückbau von ca. 350 m² Flachdach / Mansarddach einschließlich Holzunterkonstruktion. Rückbau von ca. 100 Innentüren. Rückbau von ca. 2.650 m² Innenputz. Rückbau von ca. 1.305 m² Bodenbelägen einschließlich Estrichaufbau. Fachgerechter Rückbau und Entsorgung asbesthaltiger Baustoffe, insbesondere Innentüren, Fensterbänke, Fassadenplatten sowie PVC-Kleber, gemäß geltenden Vorschriften (insbesondere TRGS 519). siehe Vergabeunterlagen
