Abbrucharbeiten 1. BA Gebäude 15, 16, 17, 27, 27a Abbrucharbeiten: Rückbau der Gebäude Nr. 15, 16, 17, 27 und 27a einschließlich Gründung und im Gebäude befindliche Gruben, inkl. schadstoffbelastete Gebäudeteile. Zusätzlich ist der asbesthaltige Fugenverguss im Außenbereich der Gebäude rückzubauen. Umbauter Raum der Gebäude ca. 32.000,00 m3 Anzahl Geschosse: 1 bis 2 Teilunterkellerung Firsthöhe: ca. 4,00 m bis ca.10,00 m (Oberkante Dach Geb. 15) ü. GOK Gebäudetyp: Massivbauweise aus Beton, Leichtbeton, Bimsstein und Mauerwerk Alle zu verwendenden Holzprodukte müssen nachweislich aus nachhaltiger Waldbewirtschaftung kommen.
