Description

Rückbauarbeiten: Vollständiger Rückbau der auf dem Gelände befindlichen Gebäudereste samt Fundamenten und erdeinbindenden Bauteilen (unterirdischer Abbruch) sowie der Oberflächenbefestigungen und aller erdeinbindenden Anlagen (Sparten, Schächte, etc.). Erdarbeiten/Tiefbau: Fachgerechter Aushub der Baugrube bis zur festgelegten Tiefe und Sohle, inklusive Trägerbohlverbau. Hierzu gehören auch die fachgerechte Verwertung und/oder die Entsorgung des anfallenden Bauschutts und Erdaushubs. Aufgrund der Bauzeit der Bestandsgebäude und der Nutzung besteht für die Bausubstanzen ein allgemeiner Verdacht auf primäre (herstellungs- und renovierungsbedingte) Verunreinigungen. Die Ausschreibung umfasst den Rückbau der Außenanlagen und von sieben Bestandsgebäuden. Für die Errichtung der Baugrube werden tangierende Bohrpfahlwände und rückverankerte Trägerbohlwände benötigt. Außerdem ist die permanente Sicherung einer Stützmauer an der Ostseite mittels Spritzbetonvernagelung vorgesehen. Die Erdarbeiten sind einschließlich der Materialentsorgung von belasteten Böden bis zu den geplanten Übergabekoten auszuführen. Zusätzlich ist eine Kampfmittelfreimessung der Verbau- und Aushubbereiche auszuführen.
