Kompletter Abbruch der alten Tiefgarage (Entkernung komplette Haustechnik, Selektiver Gebäuderückbau (überwiegend Stahlbeton). Abmessungen L / B / H: 36,0 m / 54,0 m / ca. 6,0 m, Umbauter Raum: ca. 11.000 m³). Rückbaumassen ca.: Beton 4.500 t, KS/Ziegel ca. 300 t, Stahl ca. 60-70 t.
