Gegenstand des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens ist die Vergabe von Abbruch-, Rückbau- und Erdarbeiten am Schulgebäude Habsburgerstraße 14 in 75177 Pforzheim. Der nördliche Gebäudeteil wurde als nicht sanierungsfähig eingestuft und ist abzubrechen. Das Gebäude steht derzeit leer. Sämtliche durch die Abbrucharbeiten entstehenden Öffnungen sind unverzüglich gegen Witterungseinflüsse, eindringendes Wasser, Verschmutzungen sowie unbefugtes Betreten zu sichern und fachgerecht provisorisch zu verschließen. Die Ortsbesichtigung ist für die Angebotsabgabe verpflichtend.
