Description

Schadstoffsanierung und Abbrucharbeiten an der Aula des Berufskollegs Meschede Der Hochsauerlandkreis ist Träger von fünf Berufskollegs, von denen sich eines am Standort Meschede befindet. Am Berufskolleg in Meschede soll ein Neubau entstehen. Neben der Fertigstellung des Neubaus sind die Bestandsschulgebäude von Schadstoffen zu befreien und - mit Ausnahme des Atriums - anschließend abzureißen. Zu beauftragendes Gewerk: Das bestehende Gebäude "Aula" wird schadstoffsaniert, entkernt, abgebrochen und entsorgt. Das Gebäude ist 1-geschossig zzgl. eines rein konstruktiven Dachraumes und teilunterkellert. Die Außenmaße der Aula sind ca. 26 x 26 m. Die Gebäudehöhe beträgt ca. 6 m über Gelände und ca. 3 m unter Gelände (ca. 5 m im Bereich Tiefkeller). Der Abbruch erfolgt bis zur Oberkante Bodenplatte Keller (nicht Tiefkeller!). In Teilbereichen bleibt die Kellerwand bis ca. 1 m über Kellerdecke erhalten, um Böschungswinkel und Baugrube zu minimieren. Konkrete Angaben sind dem Leistungsverzeichnis zu entnehmen.
