Abbruch Sporthalle TO4 Vorgesehen ist der Komplettabbruch der Sporthalle Saalfelder Straße 24 in 07549 Gera. Bei dem abzubrechenden Gebäude handelt es sich um eine Typensporthalle der DDR, Typ KT 60L/72, errichtet in Leichtmetallbauweise, nicht unterkellert. Die entstehende Rückbaufläche soll mit Erdreich abgedeckt werden. Art und Umfang der Leistungen: Baustelleneinrichtung 450 m² Sandgerüst 788 m² Sporthalle inkl. Entsorgung (Holz, Installationen, Sportboden, Prallwände etc.) 4375 m³ umbauter Raum Komplettabbruch Sporthalle inkl. Entsorgung 80 m³ Fundamentabbruch inkl. Entsorgung 580 m³ Liefermaterial Boden (Baugrubenverfüllung)
