Description

Rückbau vom Institutsgebäude "Paläobotanik", Schlosplatz 9, 48149 Münster Gesamter umbauter Raum: ca. 1460 m3 Die Liegenschaft befindet sich am Schlossplatz 9 in Münster. Auf dem Grundstück soll ein neues Gebäude entstehen. Die Baumaßnahme umfasst folgende Leistungen: Rückbau des Gebäudes einschließlich aller Sohlen und Fundamente. Rückbau der Entwässerungsanlagen auf dem Grundstück. Rückbau der Außenanlagen (befestigte Flächen u. Ausstattung) auf dem Grundstück. Verfüllung der durch den Rückbau entstandenen Baugruben. Mit Beginn der Rückbauarbeiten für das Gebäude sind zunächt ergänzende Erkundungsschürfe im Nahbereich des Gebäudes durchzuführen. Des weiteren sind vor dem Rückbau die Rolladenkästen im Gebäude vorsichtig zu öffnen, um zu prüfen, ob in den Kästen schützenswerte Tiere leben bzw. sich eingenistet haben.
